Run 6k on your own on a course of your choosing observing social distancing rules and respecting other users of locations where you run.
Submit your results by 23:59 on 30th June, ideally with Strava or Garmin links.

- Athletes should avoid busy parks/routes
- Please be considerate to others by keeping at least 2m apart when passing
- Runs MUST be completed solo or with no more than 1 person from another household whilst staying at least 2m apart.
- Please ensure that your run does not take you more than 5 miles away from your home. We advise a looped route that starts and finishes where you live.
- Do not drive somewhere to run
