As build up to the EMA Madeira Championships six Virtual Races are being held The inidividual and team winners of the six competition will be awarded a prize at the Madeira Championship

How to compete
- Sign in to your OpenTrack account, creating an account if needed
- Enter competition by 21st October 2020 with the green Enter Here button, following instructions, paying the €3.00 entry fee
- Race your 1500mt in October on a 400m Track - In KM only
- Upload a URL of your GPS proof of activity with the yellow Submit Results button
- Follow Results and Scores using the links below
Rules
- Use a 400m Track
- Local safety and social distancing rules should be adhered to all athletes and visitors
- Times should be based on “time elapsed”
- The organiser may implement a time penalty or disqualification on activities with significant rule deviation
National Team scoring format
- Fastest 3 athletes per country, per age category
- Best 12 age-graded athletes (all ages and genders)
